Has anybody gotten a good deal on the new 09 Toyota Yaris?

I'm assisting my sister buy a new car, she's set on getting the new 5 door Toyota Yaris. I've done my homework and called dealer after dealer to get her the best price even though she was willing to pay MSRP, i said hells no to that. So i've managed to get it down to 16240.89 to be exact and that includes the Power Package with steel wheels and cruise control which comes with that model, Taxes, and DMV fees all included as well as any fees, all she has to do is write a check for that amount and its hers. Has anyone gotten a better deal or know how i can get a better deal, i think i've tried so hard and many dealerships are not saying that they can't beat that price here in california where i live, Fresno to be exact. Thanks to those who reply in advance!
 
Tell her to wait the 2 years and buy a ford fiesta.
she will be 10,000,000 times happier in the long run.
For now get an old car that won't go down much in value.
