Has anybody found a way to send and receive picture messages with the G1 from

tmobile with no data plan? I have been having my t mobile G1 for a little while now. My cousin gave it to me and everything works great on it except it wont let me send or receive picture messaging. I know their has to be a way you can work around the setting of the network to make it work. Has anybody figured out a way yet to make it work? Also, I have wifi to, but it still doesn't let me send or receive pictures.
