I'm due for an upgrade for my cell phone plan. I'm one of five people on a family plan from AT&T. The phone I'm looking at is fairly expensive directly from AT&T, even with the upgrade, so I've been looking at alternative vendors. Amazon Wireless has this phone for under $100 with a contract extension and it seems like a great deal; plus, it works with an extension on the family plan. I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with Amazon Wireless (or any sort of cell phone/plan dealings with Amazon) and what your experiences were. Are there any hidden costs? Do you really get to keep the same plan without having to alter anything? Did the phone seem to be in good condition when you received it? How's the customer service? Any answers/responses would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
