has any1 used target sports of bolton to order stuff over the web?

I used Target Sports of Bolton to order a book on hunting in January,it is now May an I have not received this book.I have rang them twice to ask why this is but have been told that it will be posted out as soon as it is in stock.Target Sports boast about having the best service on the net which from my experience is complete bull s***e!!!!!!!!
