has any one Else had problems with "Kessner Suzuki" (Dealership) in Adelaide NOT...

...Honouring their Warranty? be warned,..a good friend bought a TOP of the Range Bike from Kessners,(Loves the Bike),.but at the first sign of any problems, their attitude changed, after Waiting 2Months for them to fix a Clunk in the Motor said they'd replace the Clutch (Not Needed?!) But Refused to Honour the Warranty and fix the problem!?
