The scene where Lucy's dog is killed in Elfen Lied. The four that werre responsible deserved a much worse death then they got. Maybe something along the lines of what Kagero had top suffer in Basilisk. Another moment I did shed a tear. But that is what those 4 deserved, to be strung up and have darts with a stinging poison thrown at them for a few hours.

I'm going to admit, I cried throughout Inuyasha: Final Act, especially when a named character died, although I couldn't stand them in the original series.
