level 3 fishing rod? I'm playing as my child now, and since all of my tools were at least level 4 they are all now level 3. Well, I know that in my first file I got a power berry from getting to level 3 with the fishing rod. But now my fishing rod is already at level 3. Can I not get it in this file?
