Basically Ron & Hermione & Harry set out on their own to find the Horcruxes. They end up almost captured numerous times, and finally do get captured and put in the Malfoys' dungeons, but Dobby comes along and saves them and Olivander and someone else I can't recall, and dies in the process. Bill & Fleur get married. Then at the end, there is a showdown(you knew that was coming) between the death eaters & the order of the phoenix. Lupin & Tonks die( they were married and tonks had a kid), along with either fred or george and perhaps someone else. Harry then realises he is the last Horcrux and has to be killed in order for Voldemort to die. So her goes, Voldemort kills him, but then he miraculously comes back to life. Then he kills voldy, Snape gives him a memory of Dumbledore asking Snape to kill him and the end. In the prologue, we find out Ron & Hermoine get married and so do Ginny and Harry. They all have kids, etc., etc.
