He kisses Cho in Order of The Pheonix, but he doesn't get a girlfriend until The Half Blood Prince. I won't reveal who she is incase you haven't read the books but she's quite close to one of his frienRAB

No, he doesn't kiss anyone! He doesn't even go out with Cho in GoF. It's not until OotP that he really meets her, and all she does is cry about Cedric.
