haro bmx bikes are they worth getting?

are they worth getting for tricks and riding? my budget is $300.

post a better brand than haro if you know please
 
I got a Haro bike last year that i payed 240$ for..it was an amazing investment. I wasnt that into biking when i bought it..now i love riding my haro..im pretty good on it and if i step onto someone elses bike its like riding a mountain bike..there is nothing like a haro. HIGHLY RECOMENDED.
