Harmony 890 and expressvu 9200

No it's not. The RF section of the Harmony is deigned to work with the Harmony remote receiver/IR blaster, not the 9200. It's not possible to control TV2 on the 9200 with IR so that won't work either. One option would be to leave the 9200 in single mode. That will only work if you never want to watch different programs on each TV. Another option would be to control the second TV (and DVD player) with the 9200 RF remote. That's what I do.
