I am 16 and have a huge passion in Harley Davidson motorcycles. I am not into any of the speed hungry, show off, sport bikes which whizzz round these roads at high revs, like flies. I am much more into the laid back, 'take life easy' nature of a Harley Davidson. What I would like to know is can I own a restricted sportster at 17 years old? Thankyou, I still don't fully understand the UK liscense system.
