Harley Davidson Risers on a Yamaha Bobber?

how abouts would I put Harley Davidson 1" Stock Risers on a Metric XS650 Bobber?
It's not being a poser to put 1" handlebars on a yamaha bobber. If you didn't already know that 99% of all cruisers made since 1995, were made with 1" Handlebars Stock for metric bikes, and all harley's being 1" stock since they've been around. By putting 1" risers on would allow me to customize my handlebars and accessories more. It's not everyday you'll find a brand new set of show chrome hand controls and levers for 7/8" handlebars.
 
if the grommet spacing is the same in the upper triple tree as a harleys, no problem, if it's different, you'll need to mill a clamp, probably more work than its worth
 
I believe they are also 1" diameter, but you need to make sure it will fit between risers
