Harley Davidson - Licenses? Insurance? Age to ride? ..etc?

I am 20 years old and turn 21 in July 2010. I have no driving licence or any other vehicle licenses of any kind - No experience riding any vehicle at all. I know that you need to be 21 to ride a bike over 125cc (something like that) - I plan to buy a Harley Davidson.. So I would like to know what licenses + whatever else I need in order to be riding a Harley Davidson when i'm 21.

Any extra information information like age to ride, insurance etc would be a big help! Please help, thanks.
Ps: I'm from North West England.
