Harley-Davidson DYNA?

I want to know if there is any big difference between Dyna Fat Bob and Super Glide specially for long distance in comfort and driving wise. Cause I noticed that the front and rear tires are different as in Fat Bob is Front: 130/90B16
Rear: 180/70B16

and Super Glide ;Front: 100/90-19 57H
Rear: 160/70B17 73V

so it's almost 20 cm difference .. but i wonder if this will make BIG difference while driving for long ride ? or it will be almost the same ?
I mean is it worth to pay more to get wide tires to reach that road driving comfort and stability ?
 
bigger tires on the front means less comfort and more physical effort to ride and steer, BUT,,,,,, if you live in an area with straight roads, no steering, it would be better, ( riding on tight curves, mountain roads, you want a skinny front tire )
