Harley Davidson 100th anniversary in Milwaukee VS Daytona Beach bike week?

I know bike week happens every year but the 100th anniversary was a one time thing.

But my question is which was/is bigger, the Harley Davidson 100th anniversary in Milwaukee, WI or Daytona Beach bike week (on average)?

I'm trying to settle this with my boyfriend.
 
I did not go to either, but If I were a betting man I would put money on Daytona as the bigger draw in 2003
