Harlequin for AC: Brotherhood Special Edition Pre-Order for delivery on X-Box 360?

Will I still get the "Harlequin" in game player for Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood Special Edition If I have the game delivered to me the day or the day after AC: Brotherhood is released? If so, does anyone know how it will be given? Also, let's not turn this into a PS3/Xbox argument please.
