Cake Entertainment, the fine folks who brought “Skunk Fu!” and “Total Drama Island” to America, have taken another show under their wings and I have to say that it is quite odd. It’s apparently about a world where every animal can extend their arms and fly through the air, in which two rabbit brothers operate an airport alongside their furry friends. The video doesn’t really explain much, but more info can be found on the digital flyer. As usual with their flyers, the back page has episode summaries that reveal way too much about what the episodes are about, but they do provide some insight as to what this series will be like.

I wonder if this will air in the states. The series is being developed for a French network, but Cake has worldwide distribution rights, and like “Skunk Fu!”, they might bring it over. They seem to have extremely strong business relations with Cartoon Network at the moment, but it might be a bit too young for the network.

I find this series to be incredibly odd.

It turns out that the official website contains the entire show bible. I wish more animated programs did that. Fascinating. There are also several full scripts and story outlines. Even if the series never sees the light of day in the United States, I am impressed by how much information they have put on their website.

Another trailer can be found on the below website, along with some information on the creator of the series and why he created it. I?d like to know what?s up with all of the licensed music; both trailers have had at least one real song in it and it seems unusual to say the least. Then again, most of this series is unusual. Visually, it doesn?t look that impressive, but this is a very unorthodox series and I?d be willing to watch it based on that alone.

The series has a budget of 4.9 million euros. How often is an animated program?s budget even revealed to the public?
