Hardware Error on Sony Ericsson F305?

My mom bought a Sony Ericsson F305 mobile phone a month ago, 3 weeks later, it fell on the sink and was submerged with water, she immediately removed the battery. a day after, she tried to turn it on, it said "Hardware Error" on the screen then it went black. now, a month later, i tried to turn it on, the keypad lit but the screen is still black.

we sent it to sony's repair center and some other repair shops but they said they can't repair it.

does anyone know what i should do? well aside from throwing it in the bin of course. =)
