Searcy Arkansas is growing rapidly i have noticed lately and a lot of it can be contributed to Harding university but with that i have noticed that lots more people from out of state come in and take higher paying jobs while local people are pushed to the bottom of the totem pole. Do you think that Harding is good or bad for White county?
