I did the instructions on how to do a hard reset (press volume down, send button, and power button, etc.) but after wards, it has a picture of my phone with a red Exclamation mark next to it. Then it just stays like that until I take the battery out and turn it back on. When I turn it back on, everything is the same as it was before. I REALLY NEED HELP BECAUSE I ABSOLUTELY NEED MY PHONE TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
