my boyfriend send the form for fiancee visa for me because we will marry and live together in the U.S. when that process will finish, but the letter did not come with the receipt number but was now at 5 months of waiting, and another letter came, saying that the check payment the visa has not been charged for immigration because he misspelled the address of USCIS and we are told in the letter that the process is stopped until we pay with check spelled correctly. Does that means that the process during these 5 months, no progress at all and have to start again? Have advanced the process but we are asked the money be the only thing missing? Why dont we have sent the wrong advice of payment now at 5 months and not before? So on Monday we can not call immigration ... What do you think about? answer each question, thank you!

I´m so unhhapy becase If we need to start again the process, When it will finish correctly, he will deploy go to Afghanistan, we want to have it correctly now, because is more time for us, for living together before his deployment
