hard question about my 2003 ford mustang?

I had everything checked out and the mechanic is stumped,i get a vibration in my car i can feel in the steering wheel and pedal. in between 40km-55kmI had the whole front suspension check out,all the u joints and axle and bearings and tires are balanced perfectly and the tires are in perfect shape and all the mounts were checked out.My car is a 2003 base model ford mustang.I cant figure out whats going on would brake shoes that stick do this or maybe rotors i have not a clue and it is frustrating as heck
