There is a small round lump near the center of my palm that is very visible when looking at my palm, it's hard and it looks greenish or at times sort of dark purple. Sometimes it starts hurting and i cant even make a fist when it is hurting, and i cant press down on it, this causes my whole palm to hurt for a while. Usually by the next day it stops hurting, and when it's not hurting it can hurt when i press down on it too hard i have tried rubbing it, but that causes some pain at times. I have no idea what it is can anyone help?
