actually, it was more like ~3 million jews. the others were "undesirables" and those who didnt agree with hitler. it was supposed to be 6million killed in the holocaust total.
in perspective, lets not forget the 10million+ russians or the millions of chinese... total casualties from that war ~30 million.
that being said, i too am a horrible person for laughing at the pics. imo kind of ironic seeing as how many of us end up in an oven anyways for cremation albeit minus baked alive by a madman part.

My Grandpa was in Germany during the war, he was a kid but the Hitler Youth had enlisted him, after finding this out he had to hide out in a farmers field for a couple days because he was and still is super against the mass murders of innocent people. Anyways, fast forward to today, hes like 82, spry, but totally damaged from the war; he never talked about it and has been an emotional brick ever since.
