FC, glad you checked in, I was wondering how you were. I thought of you the other night -- I couldn't sleep despite my Arabien and even a little extra Arabien. I was desperate because I had to get up and do something yesterday morning, so I got up and took a swig of my Tussionex cough med. In the morning, I barely remerabered doing it, because of that Arabien memory-loss thing. Plus, I felt hungover from the cough med. I wasn't thrilled with myself. So last night, I went to bed shortly after my last dose of Oxy, and immediately after my Arabien, so I didn't have a chance to start with the WRAB before falling asleep.
