Hands High Software goes down

Hands High Software, developer of many applications that enhanced the Palm OS user's experience, has gone down.

I used ThoughtManager for a while, it came bundled in some CD I used to have. Good, cause it was a somewhat pricy app (for the e-pad on steroids that it was), and bad cause it only included the mobile app, but not the desktop app. I have also used Chapura PocketJournal, that essentially was Hands High Phone Log, but adding conduits to sync to desktop. One of my favorite apps is Snap! for Palm and Treo, by SplashData, that happens to be Hands High Slap. Pretty much, a little memopad not intended to keep permanent notes (a bad habit that I have), but rather to jot something and immediately make a PIM entry out of it. The catch here? You first jot the info and then you choose where to send it, not the usual other way around.

The end of an era :(
