Hands and arms feel very weak?

hands and arms are feeling very weak as if they have no strength. I struggle to hold things and they feel as if they were crushed under an elephants foot. Why? I notice a mosquito or insect bite near my elbow. Can that cause it? its like i'm disabled. I'm 33 year old male
