I am a quadraplegic. I have the use of my arms but my hands aren't very useful to me. They are permently contracted into something like a loose fist. That is the ideal situation for me and other quads: Physical Therapists worked with me after I broke my neck (dove into shallow water, 1989). It allows me to use my wrist movements to grasp things between my thumb and index finger.

Anyhow, I owned a palm m500 before recently upgrading to the TX. I had a great, metal, flip-style hard case for the m500. It was made by kennsington. It was ALOT more durable than the paper thin garbage they are peddling for the TX (anodized aircraft grade aluminum, right). Maybe just a paper thin slice of it. I ordered an Innopocket and it was like trying to hold onto an ice cube. Plus, the m500 case had an unusual, clear rubber-like coating that made it very easy to grasp.

Your task: Help me find a great case for my TX.

Along with the Innopocket, I have tried the Krussel flip style leather, the PDair,, the Boxwave Flexiskin, The clear plastic one(that was ok but once I closed it my TX became a precious museum piece encased in an inpenetrable case, impossible to open). Not one fit my TX to my satisfaction. I am open to leather, metal, plastic or whatever.

Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
