Handbrake converting Disney movie, iPad?

So I went through the steps and converted Ratatouille to an m4v file and the website instructed me to drap and drop the file over the iTunes library OR open the file and select "add to library" from file menu. Well, the file won't open and dragging and dropping isn't doing it either... Any tips/ideas?
