Half of my Speed/tachometer on my 03 honda cbr 600rr doesn't show why?

I have an 03 honda cbr 600rr, the speedometer, which is a digital gauge, seems to have sections that don't like up any more. almost like i strip is cut in the middle horizontally. I can still tell how fast I am going, since I can see half of the numbers, but does any one know how to fix this?
