hey . im 13 . i have extremly hairy arms . when i was little and stupid i shaved my arms ant they grew back dark and long . is there any way i colud get rid of them . painlessly or not . lazer hair removal is out of the question as it costs a whole heap of money which i dont have . so please help me . would waxing make them grow back a little lighter and thinner ?
oh btw : i sprained my wrist about 2 months ago and the tape i put on it was really sticky and when i pulled it off the hairs came off with it . 2 months later they are still light and thinish . help me please .
