im doin my hair like this tommorrow

this is my routine:
take a shoer.
straight out my bangs.
spray the bangs.
But that doesnt work very well though cause it becomes surly later.
some ppl say that after spraying it i should straight it again.
should i?
i was goin to but then my hair straightner made a loud sound.lol.i got scared.
help.me.please.and.thank.you.very.much.i.love.all.of.your.help.
