i had a couple questions
please answer as many as you can and i will gladly answer your question in return if you have
1) i have very pale skin and dark brown hair , do you think it will look good with strawbwerry blonde hilights?
2) what is cheaper ? dying all your hair one colour at a salon ? or getting hilights ?
3) if i were to dye my hair all blonde , about how often would i have to go back into the salon for touchups ? any idea how much that would cost?
4) what is the difference when using caps or foil do hilight hair ?
