okay, so i play soccer, and that includes practices 2 times a week, game on sunday, weightlifting moday, tuesday, thrusday, and i help with down syndrome's kids who want to play. I also have gym every other day (block scheduling). So you can imagine i wear my hair up alot.
Now the back of my hair (which is really think and curly), is getting all tangly, and feels and looks dead.
What can i do to rehab my hair back to normal?
