Hair on belly NASTY? Please help?

Ok I have hairs all over my belly and it's so nasty and I want to know how to get ride of it I use Nair and it didn't work I plucked it and it grew back I shaved it when I was younger is that why it's so hairy and if I put alot of loation on it will the loation block the pours please don't say rude comments and everyone in my family DO NOT HAVE THIS PROBLEM no but me and I hate it please help
