hair help!!!!?

I like the cut but...
like i want another way of styling it.
and color ideas. any color.... but black.

this color now is not my natural color.
i havent colored my hair in 4 months.

the back is too mushed up. the front is cool, just calm the back slightly. go for a deep red colour. nice
