I have my hair dyed black underneath and I wanna change it back to blonde. It's semi-permanent, but since my hair's blonde the color stays in and acts as a permanent dye. Is their any way I can get it out without totally killing my hair or getting that gross greenish or yellowish color afterwards? Please help. I need to get it back to blonde before putting color in.
Also, I wanna do my hair really bright and odd. What colors/style do you think I should do my hair? Pictures of what you're talking about are appreciated.
