hair and makeup for cell block tango dance from chicago.?

so its basically about 6 exwives in jail who killled their husbands. and im dancing to it in dance class. i need to do hair and makeup. my costume is all black. and im only 14 so i dont want to look ridiculous. and i cant put on eyeliner for the life of me.
thankss soo much for any ideas you might have for my hair and makeup.
 
You definitely want it to look sultry and sleek. Do a black-lined smoky eye possibly with a wing coming off the outside corner of your eye (have somebody help you if you aren't comfortable doing your own liner)
add a darker, shimmery-gray shadow above and blended into your smoky liner. use a lash-lengthening mascara and add a touch of blush and shimmer to the apples of your cheeks. Use a red lipstick definitely. For hair, I'd either say a slick high pony or a teased front bump or faux-hawk as some people call it with a crimped pony. Hope this helps!
