I had it out on 1st June easy extraction only small roots, soon as needles wore off i have been in extreme pain and the pain is shooting through all my bottom teeth, went back friday as couldnt cope with pain and no painkillers are working gave me anti-biotics and small packing (which came away within an hour or two, i am still in pain today and cant cope anymore what can it be surely the antibiotics which i started from afternoon should be working any ideas whats causing the problem still?
Thanks for replies, just got back from emergency appointment, he said the anti-biotics he gave havent worked so now gave me some Metronidazole and adviced to take Paramol i so hope these work i dont have dry socket as can still see blood in socket (brown ish now)
