My girlfriend and I are 17 and seniors in high school. Only been together for about a month and we met for the first time in October. things moved fast and we really like each other. Last night She lied to her parents to spend the night at a party with me. We had sex for the first time and it was great but we were ignorant and decided to not deal with the consequences of disappearing together until the next day. We over slept and she missed a Drill competition. Something that is very important to her. And now her parents are taking it all away from her and Cutting her off from everything. The also just discovered that I got a DUI about a month ago, which we apparently she didn't inform her parents about. I just ruined a really good relationship with her family, and I feel empty inside. I know Im young, but I might love her. Any advice? My plan is to write a meaningful apology letter to her parents. Oh yeah, they are hardcore Christians. Thank you
