...make a bad Preschool teacher? I am getting interviewed for a preschool teacher position and I have experience in working with little children. Yet, my interviewer wants to see my college transcripts. However, I was an Elementary Education major for about a year and I receieved a few F's, some A's, and some C's in that major, but I switched to History and did great in that major. However, I become a sub. teacher for a year and I absolutely loved teaching small children! So how do I explain to my interviewer my poor grades? Does having a few bad and okay grades as an Elementary Education major mean that I will be incompetent to teach Preschool? Because EVERYBODY tells me that I would make an excellent Preschool teacher because I'm great with kids!
