Had Chest X-Ray doctor wants to discuss it?!?

My dad went to get a chest X-ray the other day and the results came back today... the doc said he wanted to see him right away (well tonight) is this always a bad sign? Anyone else experience this? What Could it be? We are all obviously nervous!! Thanks in advance...
He ordered it because he said my dad hadn't had one in awhile... so I guess general check up? (hes had a mild heart attack few years ago... and is a smoker... hes gatta quit I know!)
 
That happened to me once - it was because there was shadowing on one lung, which was an infection and cleared up easily with anti-biotics. Don't worry, it could be something as simple as that.
