I'm not sure if I had a hot flash cause I'm only a 15 year old male.
I was on the computer then my heart started beating fast then I was feeling hot on my back and my face and arms were getting hot then it just stopped after 30 seconds.
It happened about 30 minutes ago?
What causes it and will it come back?
More Info: The air conditioning was on and I have anxiety if that helps =//
