on a sunday afternoon i was in my car and due to the snow we have had i was comin up to a give way i went on my brake and just slid on ice and pumped into the car infront (its bumper) at about speed five to 10 mph we both got out of our cars and looked at both of the cars and luckly they were both fine she the lady did not take any of my details but did take a name and number but said she didnt think she would need it as everything looked fine. the next day sometime in the morning she rand me and said that her boot was not lockin right so she said instead of gettin insureance companies involed would i just pay for the job as it could not of been a big job, i said i was fine was that and she replyed with i will get back to you in one or two days. a week past till i heard off her she txt me sayin that she took her car to be seen and that she now needed my insurance details. basicaly making out like its now a big job. so where do i stand ? i mean surly if the job was an imporantant one she should of got it sorted right away and rang me not a week later. and due to the amount of snow and ice we have had other the past week anything could have happened to her car. so if all this happened a over a week ago where do i really stand? thanks
