H-1B will get a green card through employment

Hello,

I H-1B visas through their employer to get a green card but am currently in the process. I understand that if I get married before I adjusted my position, so both me and spouse at the same time will be able to adjust the position.

The husband in the United States it was illegal to remove what is currently in operation?

I would appreciate any input. Thanks!
 
You need to speak with a lawyer if your future spouse is not already, he / she is an immediate need. Exile is always an issue in future immigration processing.Listen
