Im Trying To Lose weight on my stomach more than anything else. but at the gym because im doing a lot of cardio it seems to be working on my legs more. than my stomach. i go to the gym 5 times a week or sometimes 6. i eat 3 meals a day and healthy and dont eat more than 1,000 calories a day.
i do situps sometimes. do u think when i go the gym instead of doing the same workout everyday. maybe spend about 30 minutes on my stomach. will that work? x
