Gym Workout Program (plz help me )?

hi evry1....i have been going to the gym for many months now....here is what i used to do....i used to go every other day and exercise all body parts together....this worked for me and my muscles grew.....however..ppl have told me it is best to do a muscle for each day...

so i started going 3 times a week:

Monady: chest...biceps
Wednesday: Back...triceps
Friday: Legs...shoulders....trapezius

ps: i am 14 years old

so wat do u think is best....what i used to do or the 3 times a week? if u have more program suggestions plz tell me :)
