Gym workout on NO SLEEP?

I had no sleep last night and it's 6.30am at the moment here in the UK

I don't feel tired not yet anyways, do you think it be okay I know not ideal, to go to the gym with no sleep

I have done it before months back as I'm a student and as you know often have to have the odd all nighters

I did workout and it was a fairly good workout only a little less energentic but not much less so normal. So I know physically i can workout fine not feel awful afterwards
Just wandering if anyone has good reasons from any professionals or articles with some sort of research or evidence behind their answer. Just because I know you should get 7-9 hours sleep a day, & it can't be good for the body but how badly so

if you think its okay for a one off or don't agree but can give me advice as I prob will gym it unless there's a good reason made to not go. So yea anything that you would say to do differently to normal like eat more, vitamins, lots of water etc




So would you say it's fine?
