ok basically i joined a Gym about two months ago and am starting to see the results, the guy gave me 6 workouts areas..Arms, Chest, Abs, Legs, Back and Shoulders and 4 exercises for each area. At the moment I'm going to the gym doing 15 mins on the elliptical machine (not using treadmill due to recovering from a dislocated knee) then I do one of the exercises for each ares normally takes about 5 mins each then i 5 mins cool down normally my workour is around 45/50 minutes
I do this 2/3 times a week Tues, Thurs and every saturday I don't have football now what I am wondering is weather I should up this or change it or if it is fine
My 3 Options are
1 - Staying at 23 times a week
2 - Changing to 4/5 times a week
3 - staying at 2/3 times but upping it so i do 2 of the exercises for each area
also I currently play Football on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday and when my season ends I'm gonna be swimming on those days instead and also adding Treadmill work to the gym
So should I go with option 1,2 or 3 to get the best result!!!!!
